"This battery fit my older (pre-2021) NEBO Redline 6K flashlight that I thought had a bad battery due to a red blinking charge light and 0 volts measured on the battery with a multimeter. It turns out the USB wall adapter I had was faulty, and the 0 volts measured was due to the shutdown circuitry of the old battery. Now I have two working batteries."

What is the mAH? Can I use 5000 instead of 2000
