Warranty

LitezAll® and Kodiak® brand products have 2 potential warranty options (if indicated on packaging or registered online) - the 1 Year Limited Manufactures Warranty and the Limited Lifetime Warranty. 

A Limited Manufactures Warranty from the date of delivery, that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. The length of the limited warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of delivery and is not transferable.  

A Lifetime Warranty only applies to non-rechargeable tactical and Nearly Invincible products if indicated on packaging or listed online. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance. LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY (PRODUCT LIST)

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear such as dents, scratches, corrosion, paint chips, etc. This warranty also does not cover modifications, misuse, disintegrations, negligence, accidents, improper maintenance or repair by anyone other than an Authorized Retailer or Promier Products®.

Warranty exchanges do not cover the cost of shipping and handling. The consumer is responsible for shipping fees. You must

ABOUT OUR REGISTRATION  - You MUST register your product before you issue a warranty claim. Failure to do so, will result in a failed claim. Once registered, you will receive a product registration ID that can be used to claim a warranty. Visit the 'about our registration' to also make a claim once you have a valid registration ID.
