Thanks for purchasing our LitezAll® or Kodiak® brand product(s), Reasons to register your product.

  • Warranty - We’re confident nothing will go wrong, but if it does, we’ll make it right. LitezAll® and Kodiak® brand products have a limited warranty (if indicated on packaging) from the date of delivery that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. The length of the limited warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of delivery and is not transferable. A LIFETIME warranty only applies to non-rechargeable tactical and Nearly Invincible products if indicated on the packaging. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance.
  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear such as dents, scratches, fasting, paint chips, etc. This warranty also does not cover modifications, misuse, disintegrations, negligence, accidents, improper maintenance or repair by anyone other than an Authorized Retailer or Promier Products®. Warranty exchanges do not cover the cost of shipping and handling.
