Thank you for shopping with LitezAll - your source for premium outdoor, tactical, and everyday lighting. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, fulfill, and deliver your orders so you know what to expect at every step.


Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (orders placed after 12 PM CST or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day).

  • Once your order ships, delivery transit times will vary depending on the shipping method you selected.

  • Shipping times start after processing is complete - not when the order is placed.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options at checkout, including standard and expedited services (where available). Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and begin once your order has been processed.

Factors affecting delivery timelines may include:

  • Product availability

  • Carrier performance

  • Weather and seasonal peak demand

Please note that LitezAll is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural events, or other circumstances outside our control.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.

  • Free Domestic Shipping applies automatically on qualifying orders (e.g., orders over $25).

  • Any applicable taxes or duties are calculated based on your shipping address and applied at checkout.


Order Tracking

After your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can follow its progress.


Partial Shipments

If some items in your order are temporarily out of stock, we may:

  • Ship the available items immediately, and the remainder when they become available, or

  • Hold the full order until all items are ready to ship - depending on inventory and your preference (you can request split shipments in customer service notes).
    You will only be charged once per shipment.


Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we ship to:

  • Domestic U.S. addresses

  • Some international destinations (where available at checkout)

If your address cannot be serviced by our carriers, you may need to use an alternate address or shipping service.


Lost, Stolen & Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows delivery but you did not receive your package, or if the package is damaged upon arrival:

  1. Contact the carrier with your tracking information.

  2. If you need additional assistance, reach out to our support team at support@litezall.com with your order number and photos of the shipping packaging/contents.

Because carriers assume responsibility once a package is scanned delivered, issues involving lost or stolen packages are best addressed first with them.


Returns, Exchanges & Defects

If you received a defective item or an incorrect product due to our error, we will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
