LitezAll Returns & Exchanges Policy

This return policy applies only to items purchased directly from LitezAll.com at full retail price. This policy does not apply to reseller, distributor, or wholesale purchases. For reseller returns or credits, please contact your LitezAll sales representative.

Our Commitment to You

Our goal is to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase from LitezAll.com. If something isn’t as expected, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.


30-Day Return Window (Non-Defective Items)

Non-defective items purchased on LitezAll.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit.

To qualify:

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Items must be unopened and in original packaging

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping charges

  • Returns must be approved in advance with a Return Authorization Number

To begin a return, please call customer service or use our Contact Us form. A Return Authorization Number will be issued.

After 30 days, refunds are not available, though store credit may be offered at LitezAll’s discretion.


Defective Items / Wrong Items Shipped

We will exchange items at no charge if:

  • The product is non-working due to a manufacturer defect

  • The incorrect item was shipped by LitezAll

Please call customer service at 815-223-3393 to make arrangements.

We cannot exchange items that show damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or abuse.


Items Not Purchased From LitezAll.com

We cannot issue refunds for items not purchased directly through LitezAll.com.


Reseller Purchases (Defective Product Support)

Defective items purchased through authorized resellers may be eligible for replacement through LitezAll. We may not be able to replace the product with the exact same model.

Proof of purchase is required.

Please call Customer Service or use our Contact Us form before sending any item back.


Final Sale Notice

Items in our On Sale / Clearance collection are limited-stock, end-of-run, or discontinued products. For this reason, all sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

However, all LitezAll products remain covered under our manufacturer warranty. If your item arrives defective or does not function properly, please contact our customer support team and we will make it right. Read our full final sale policy here <
