Return Policy
This return policy only applies to items purchased from Litezall.com at full retail prices. This policy does not apply to reseller or wholesale purchases. It’s our goal to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase from litezall.com. If something isn’t as you expected it to be, please contact us and let us know. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Non-defective items purchased on litezall.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit. Proof of purchase is required. Non-defective items must be unopened or in original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Please call us or use our Contact Us Form. We will issue a return Authorization Number. No refunds after 30 days although we may offer store credit. Applies to items purchased at retail or from litezall.com.
We will exchange non-working items due to manufacturer’s defects or items that we shipped in error at no charge to you. Please call customer service at 815-223-3393 to make arrangements. Please note that we cannot exchange items due to normal wear and tear or abuse.
We cannot give refunds on items not directly purchased from litezall.com.
Defective items purchased through our resellers are eligible for replacement through us although we may not be able to replace the item with the exact model. Proof of purchase is required. Please call Customer Service first or use our Contact Us Form.
