One small problem...

"It's amazing and I love the uses for it. I have no complaints. I am wondering though if anyone knows how to lock it? For example, one of my relatives was messing around with it and I think they messed with the headpiece where the light is supposed to come from. I don't know if the hinge is broken or if there's maybe a lock on it? When ever I try to use it as a lamp it keeps drooping. Please help!"
