Good for what i needed

"I bought these like a 2 years ago from Ocean State Job Lot and had them in my basement. They came in a 2 pack so maybe the older ones were better. I Just opened and installed in a closet. I bought 3 packs of them for a total of 6 lights. Out of the six one of them had a bad battery that had expanded but didn't leak, so I switched out the batteries and it worked fine. One of them the the colored light is a little off but I purchased to light up a closet so using on white light most of time anyway. I have 3 remotes and programmed them and they work pretty good. Sometimes one of the lights won't activate unless you point remote directly at it but besides that they are worth the $8 I paid for them. For everyone with the remote issue you have to programit. Turn the lights on and put them close together so the infrared remote (it's not bluetooth, it's like an old tv remote) can hit them all. Push the lights on by pressing the light, hit the on button on remote and the lights blink once and the remote is activated. Also for anyone born after 2000 you have to open the light and the remote and remove the plastic battery protector. Live in an old house and rather then pay hundreds of dollars to run wiring to a closet I go in a few times a year these will work. Even if they last a year or 2 it's worth it."

Remote controlled puck lights

"I wish I would have researched the reviews. I also have lights that do not work. The remote does not turn them on. I did not use them for very long before they went bad. I do not recommend at any price. My review would be a minus if that would be possible. One star is one too many."

Garbage absolute trash

"Do not buy. None worked. Total waste of money. Absolute garbage and junk."

Horrible purchase.

"Nothing worked according to instructions. 2 were completely defective as they would only turn on manually and not turn off without the batteries being removed. One would switch colors atleast but none of the 3 would respond to the remote."

Don't expect much.

"Purchased from a Big Lots. First light turns on from a tap, but won't do anything else. Doesn't respond to remote (I tried turning it off first as this is supposed to be how to program the remote) Doesn't change colors from tapping again. Doesn't turn off. I have to take out batteries to turn it off. Second one worked correctly for about one minute, but now it's working the same as the first one. Third one works as expected, but I can only imagine it's a matter of time."

  • How do i get my remote to access all the colors again. After i hit "W" once now all i get is green or red in slight variations. I cannot make it display blue

I am sorry to hear this. Please contact support@litezall.com to be able to further assist you.

  • My lights say you can set them to shut off at 30 or 60 minutes but the instructions or remote do not tell you how to do that, can anyone tell me how to program it for 30 minute shut off?

We apologize. Early versions of this light had the timer functions and recent versions do not. If yours has a remote with timer buttons, simply select the desired color mode and then press the desired time button. Again, we apologize for the confusion.

  • I replaced the batteries but now they will not pair with the remote, or turn off unless you remove the batteries.

Hi. Please try this: Turn the lights on manually then try changing a couple of colors with the remote. Then while the lights are on, turn them off with the remote. You do have to manually turn them on to pair them with the remote.

  • I purchased these lights but the remote only seems to work for one of the puck lights. Any suggestions as to what I might be doing wrong?

Be sure to turn each one on manually and then shut it off with the remote. This pairs the remote to the light. This has to be done only once. Also do it if when you change batteries. Hope this helps.
