Terrible light!
"The light worked for 10 minutes, getting too hot to touch (as designed). Then it failed (I believe from the heat). This was shipped to me as a warranty replacement for a different headlamp."

Failed me when i needed it most!
"I purchased this headlamp and it worked great for the first 3 days and as soon as I needed it the most (as my bicycle's headlight for night riding) and all of a sudden I was in the dark miles away from home. Fully charged, when I attempt to charge it has a solid green light asbif it is charged but will not turn on at all, the store refuses to exchange it so I'm stuck with a $35 paperweight."
Not a good product that will last.
"I like the light. It was very handy when I needed assistance with extra light. The light stopped working even after I fully charged it. I bought 2 new batteries at $12 each and recharged the light. The light still did not work. I do not think this light is a good product. I hope Battery Plus will let me return the batteries. They cost more than a new light. I bought the light from Menards, but they obviously do not carry that light anymore. The light number is 25188."
Not happy
"I like the fact that the LitezAll Rechargeable 1300 Lumen Head Lamp is very bright, but I'm not happy that it it doesn't beam smaller like advertised. And I couldn't plug in the charger because the female end on the battery box was misaligned and I I had to use a knife to seat it. I haven't yet tested how long the battery last, but I wouldn't be surprised if it last as long as the advertisement."

Very Good Product
"Works very good. Easy to adjust to fit. Comfortable. Easy to aim and adjust beam. I like the three different intensity settings, and it is rechargeable so I do not have to change out batteries."

"I bought the headlamp to replace my dimmer one that I use on my hardhat at work. I like the rechargeable option and brighter light. I have not had it long, but it is brighter than the previous two headlamps I used for work as a mechanical technician. It does take a long time to charge, and you must buy your own USB-C cable to use because even though the package and website say it takes a micro USB cable which is included, it does not. There must have been a design change that was not relayed to the marketing team and those that put the wrong cable in the package. Headlamp does get hot on any setting, and beam does not focus as tightly as would be expected."
Great light, short run time.
"This was a replacement for the same model I purchased at a local hardware store. Both have great light output and both have the same problem of short run time. Even on the lowest setting, 3-4 hours max. I am glad I have two units now for my day long projects,"

Can this be used in rain/snow?

Is the light bulb unit replaceable? Husband dropped the headlamp this morning while taking it off the charger and now it won't light up.

How do you recharge the batteries?
Hi. You simply plug the included charging cable into any usb power source such as a wall charger, laptop, or power bank and the other end into the headlamp. A charging indicator shows when charging is underway and also when complete.

What mAh and discharge rating do I need on replacement batteries
Hi. The 2400 mAh hour battery in this headlamp is non-replaceable.

Is the battery compartment light suppose to glow RED while in use? Goes out when shut off. After the 4 hr charge the battery light is suppose to glow GREEN. How long does it stay on Green?
The green light is an indicator of a full charge which goes out when the charging cable is disconnected. Neither light is designed to stay on with the cable disconnected. That said if your headlight is performing correctly it shouldn't be an issue.

How long is your warranty. I purchased this headlamp a few months back and it it is not functioning correctly
