I cannot unscrew the battery cover
The battery compartment cover is the very base of the lantern. If the lantern has not been used for a long time, it's possible the dead batteries leaked causing problems unscrewing it. Give it a couple more tries and if you are still unable to take it off please call us at 815-223-3393. We will take care of you.
