Ask a Question
  • Do you have replacement parts for the 1500 lymen camping lantern? I am looking for the bottom batter cover screw on plate. Thank you.

We do not sell individual replacement parts, I apologize.

  • Why am I not able to screw the bottom back on after replacing the batteries. Tried for over an hour but the threads won’t line up properly. Damned frustrating.

Hi. Sorry to hear this. Here's something to try. Place the battery cover over the batteries and instead of immediately tryiing to tighten it, turn the cover the opposite direction a couple of times first. Then try tightening. It's also helpful sometimes to not apply a lot of inward pressure when tightening. Please let us know if the problem persists at: support@litezall.com. Thank you.
