Dimmed outta nowhere
"Bought one about 1 1/2 years ago, great lite but just the other day it lost its brightness ! It's so dim now that even an old triple A penlight is brighter than it is in full power. No drops, not overcharged. I'm just stumped. It's not much difference between that'd and a 40 watt light bulb for my bedside lamp. Any ideas ? 1/3/26"

Won’t stay on
"I bought one in August 2025, it will not stay on. It never stayed on no more than 30/45 seconds. Now won’t even come on after charging for more than 48 hours. So I’ve have never been able to use this flash light."

Why does it flash when it’s off
The light blinks twice if it hasn't been used in 2 minutes. It means the light has automatically gone into the safety lockout mode to prevent accidental or unintended operation. Pressing the power button twice unlocks the flashlight.

It can take up to 7 hours for a full charge.
