I just bought the light and when I double click and then click again the light still does not come on. What is wrong with.
To unlock, Very Quickly, press the power button twice. You should see it flash, indicating it is out of lockout mode and will need to press it once more to turn it on. I hope this helps

Where do I find the battery or cord? I can't get it to charge and I literally just bought it from Menards in Kansas.
Hi. The charging cable should be in the package with the flashlight. To access the battefry compartment, unscrew the very bottom cap.

Somewhere in between, leaning more toward flood.

Why do I have to hit the on and off button so many times?
If the light hasn't been on for over 2 minutes, it must be unlocked by double pressing the power switch. Once unlocked press it again to turn it on. After that you can select your desired brightness mode or shut it off. After 2 minutes of non-use the flashlight auto locks and must be unlocked again.

This flashlight is water resistant. It should not be submerged in water.
