"Called customer service and told them that battery stop charging they said that the batteries only last a year Thats all never offered anything else to resolve problem"
"Unless you want your hard earned money to go to waste, Steer clear of this light and this company as a whole. Their products are garbage as is their customer service. I have a Kodiak Kong that is less than a year old and has quit charging fully. I contacted customer service only to be told that given the age of the unit, the battery needs to be replaced and this is normal and should be considered routine maintenance. So $100+ flashlight + $20 annually for a new battery = junk!!! Save a little more and buy yourself a Streamlight. At least their warranty is worth more than the paper it's printed on."
"I like the light. but the rubber grip is to slippery"
"Great product!"
"Flashlight on the website seem to be a lot more tactical, but reality is a large"
"Total trash. the lock is just a hassle. Then if by chance it works the battery last all of maybe 5 minutes after taking all day to get a full charge. Because you'll have to charge before use because it does not keep a charge. I had better luck with a harbor freight one."
"I had purchased a Kodiak flashlight and the battery was faulty. So Litezall sent me a Kong as a replacement. I have been buying LitezAll products for work for a couple years now. Their headlamps are excellent as well."
"They aren't kidding with the light that omits from this flashlight. I was outside showing my mom how bright and how much space the light covered and my bf was turning into my residence and took a picture from a distance and wow I wish I could post the picture in this review. The pics they have showing the light at work aren't an exaggeration but if anything they are understatements. Brightest flashlight I've ever owned or seen. You'll for sure never be left in the dark cuz the light brings the power of the sun!"
"This light seems to be well made. It is bright, but doesn't seem to be 18000 lumens. Possibly because the beam starts out extremely wide and when focused is still very wide, not a distinct spot."
