The unique hybrid dual beam simultaneously produces a focused beam with a 1250' throw plus a wide beam. Choose from two brightness modes for up to 4000 lumens or 1000 lumens. Expect up to 180 minutes of light in the high power mode and 300 minutes in low (using alkaline batteries).
Long press the green power button to activate the Kodiak® Deny The Dark® Bear LED. This is incredibly helpful in helping you locate the flashlight in complete darkness.
The Kommander™ is made from aircraft grade aluminum, features a knurled grip and a wide tactical head. It's weather resistant and resists damage due to impact.

"I have only had this flashlight a couple weeks and it sure is bright as promised. Seems to be good quality made. Only thing I recommend is to have the light beam adjustable . It does get warm. I’m pretty happy with it."

"I must say that I am very impressed by the quality build and design of this flashlight. I own over 250 plus flashlights ranging from price ranges of $.99 to $1000.00 (I collect). In addition, based on quality and collectively the price point, you can't go wrong with this super beast. It literally takes 12 AA batteries, however, the extensive amount of batteries compensate a considerable output of light giving you well over 392 yards of 4000 lumen output. That is slightly less than the 440 yards of 2500 lumen output its' predecessor, Kodiak Kolossus 2500 Lumen Tactical Grade Flashlight brings to the table; which is also sold by Litezall. It comes with a tactical, dome head that can be used in any emergency situation. It is made of a high grade aluminum that will give you durability for a lifetime. I would expect any flashlight costing $100 to be made in U. S. A. Please tell me it’s not made in China.

Press and hold the power button for up to 5 seconds to turn the bear on or off.

No. This flashlight only uses AA batteries.

I bought the 4000 & 3500 lumen flashlights. I don’t believe the 4000 has a adjustable beam? I know the 3500 does, if the 4000 doesn’t is there a reason that it doesn’t? Great products and Customer Service!
The Kommander has a dual "hybrid" beam, a fixed combination of directed and wide angle light in comparison to our 3500 Lumen light which has a variable focus beam.

How do you switch from flood mode to zoom mode?
The Kommander does not have a focusing beam but rather a dual "hybrid" beam. The center is very directed while at the same time projecting a much wider beam. Can be seen over 1/4 mile away.
