At LitezAll, we work hard to offer premium lighting products at exceptional value. From time to time, we offer discounted products through special promotions, clearance pricing, discontinued items, and end-of-run inventory. To keep these deals available at the lowest possible prices, certain items may be designated as Final Sale.

What Items Are Considered Final Sale?

Products may be marked as Final Sale when they fall into one or more of the following categories:

  • Clearance items

  • End-of-run products

  • Discontinued items

  • Limited quantity closeouts

  • Promotional sale items (as noted)

  • Items purchased using special discount codes (when applicable)

Final Sale items are clearly identified on the product page and/or at checkout.

Final Sale Purchases Are Not Eligible for Returns

All Final Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Once purchased, Final Sale items cannot be returned for:

  • Refunds

  • Store credit

  • Exchanges

  • Price adjustments

These products are offered at heavily discounted pricing and are available only while supplies last.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction matters to us, and we stand behind our products.

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Defective due to a manufacturer issue

  • Incorrect (wrong item shipped)

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.

In these cases, we may provide a replacement, refund, or other resolution depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

To help us assist you quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Limited Availability Disclaimer

Many Final Sale items are discontinued or end-of-run products and may not be restocked. Once inventory is sold out, the product may no longer be available.

Due to limited inventory, replacement options may be restricted.

Warranty Coverage

Final Sale products are still covered under applicable LitezAll manufacturer warranty for defects in materials or workmanship, unless otherwise stated.

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage.
