Light will not come on when button pushed. Battery shows full charge. If you continuely push button and it comes on somewhere between 10-20 pushes

When unlocking this unit, the power button must be pressed twice in rapid succession, without any pause between presses. The power button should flash, indicating that the unit has been unlocked. Once unlocked, press the power button one more time to turn the unit on.
