I have lost my charging cord, can I order another one?
We don't sell charging cables but any Micro USB cable works.

Does this lantern produce a lot of heat? Is the battery user replaceable so I can replace with a higher capacity battery?
Replacing the battery may work but is not recommended. We did not detect any unusual heat during testing.

How do you get 3,500 lumens out of a 6400 mAh battery.? The highest I have found from any of your competitors is 1,100 lumens with a 10,000 mAh battery.
Many factors contribute to brightness including quality components. Our competitors have been playing catch up for quite some time now.

I have a brand new lantern and when I press the button the light blinks on then quickly off. I charged it overnight and it still does the same thing. Is this a common problem? Please advise.
