Waste of money

"This flashlight is a waste of money. 90% of the time it doesn’t start. The other 10% it will go high lumens and die in about a minute time. What a waste of money."

Bright but no battery life

"Really bright does not last very long on charge"

Anthony L. (4/5)

2 failed

"Bought 2 for Christmas gifts neither worked. Have other products work fine. Returned. No more."

Tom (1/5)

"It is a very good little flashlight with it being bright"

Issues turning on.

"I want to say I love this light when it works. I have to double click multiple times to get it to turn on. I took it back to the store and exchanged it and it did the same thing. Emailed the company and they are suppose to send a return kit to look at it. From the reviews I would say they already know there is an issue."

Makes perfect gifts

"There are some great selling points to this light. The strong beam coming from such a small size. It compact size stows away easily in a pack, purse, car door pocket, where ever. It's rechargeable. No more adding dead batteries to the landfill. A fair price. Finally, it's made well. I really dislike cheap stuff."

frustrating

"So I got this little flashlight, charged it & it won't turn on- nothing happens when i click, double click or long press the on button-(its green)- checked the battery is in correctly & even followed the instructions in the manual- however it just won't turn on- no flash of light of anytyoe-- bulbs? how do they get checked or replaced?? or did I buy a dud?"

Shannon (1/5)

Doesn't work after walking on the trail

"If this flashlight is just sitting at home, a double click turns it on without a problem. Every single time I am on the trail however, I cannot get it turn on, no matter how many times I press the button. It obviously malfunctions after being subjected to the motion of walking for a couple of hours. Since the trail is where I need it, it is useless to me. It only begins working again after it sits for a while. This is the second one I have purchased. The first one was returned as it would get too hot to hold after just 30 seconds of use. This model of flashlight is defective all around and should be pulled from the market. Too bad I threw out the receipt and packaging, thinking it was fine after trying it out at home. I wonder if Menards (where it was purchased) will take mercy on me and offer store credit. A $50 flashlight should be able to withstand some hiking."

  • Is this light intrinsically safe?

Hi. This light is not rated as intrinsically safe.

  • Is there a trick to getting this to work? It's charged 4 hours, battery is in correctly. It's a flashlight - should be fairly uncomplicated. Your instructions tab leads to nothing and video tab states coming soon. At this point we are looking at returning it.

Hi. Sorry for the trouble. Here the link to the instructions and I'll update the website too. It may just need to be unlocked by double pressing the power button.
