Have a Question?

Ask a Question
  • What USB power spec does the light support for itself being recharged croma USB charger? Specifically, what version if USB-PD does it support? What is the maximum it will negotiate with the USB wall charger? (To recharge quickly, the flashlight could negotiate, say, 20volt 5A,100watt delivery from the USB charger? For customers to get the best from the light, we need to know what the light will attempt to negotiate with the usb charger. THEN we can buy an appropriate charger that will actually honor the full amount requested by the light) If this inquiry is gibberish to you, send this note to your engineering team and let them answer the question.

Hi. We asked our factory for help and this is the information we got: "There is no PD program for this product.  You can charge this product as long as you use a 5V charger.  Even if you use a PD charger, its effect is about the same as a regular charger."

  • Is this allowed on airlines?

Hi. There shouldn't be an issue but it neveer hurts to contact your airline to double check. Thank you.

  • What is the most Amps, watts,I can use for the wall charger with Kraken 6000?
